A: Sheet metal: when the car body has a recess, it is necessary to disassemble the recessed part

and shape it with a sheet metal hammer.

B: Epoxy Primer: Epoxy primer can only be sprayed on the surface of the car where bare metal is

present, which can effectively prevent surface metal oxidation.

DIRECTIONS:

1: Clean & Shade

Remove wax, oil and other impurities with deoiling detergent. Examine and asses the location and extent of damage.

2: Grind damaged parts

Grinding with abrasive paper(#80-#2000), dry grinding with sandpaper(#80,120,180) first.

3: Dust cleaning

Use a degreaser to remove grease from the workpiece.

4: Fill & Grind

Add the hardener in proportion. mix and fill the putty, Sanding(#80, 120, 180) after drying.

5: Clean & Grind

Clean the surface again, and then finely grind the filling to the level of the paint.

6: Spray primer surfacer

Mix and spray primer according to product requirements, each layer needs to be matte.

7: Grind primer surfacer

After the primer is dried, dry sanding paper(#320-400) is used with a two-way sander. Manual grinding

8: Clean & Wipe

Usea cleaner to clean the grease. and tack cloth to clear of dust.

9: Spray 1K Color paint

Add thinner as required, spray 2-3 layers, spray interval of 5-10 minutes per layer.

10: Spray Clear coat

Add hardener and thinner as required, spray two layers, each interval is 5-10 minutes.

11: Dry & Bake

After the clear coat is sprayed, it needs to be allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes, can be baked or dried naturally.

12: Waxing & Polish

Can be sanded with abrasive paper(#2000) first if necessary. then use related products for waxing and polishing.
